Be sure to check your email often as information will be sent to you for advertising and final day prep. If you have NOT received an email from The Crafter's Hub Vinyl & More within one week of your registration please email me.
Be sure to advertise! The more we all advertise the more exposure there is! We can never have too much advertising!
There are no refunds for spots. You may transfer your spot to someone else if you would like BUT you need to let me know through email @ email@example.com
You will be provided with a space which is approximately 10' x 10' You are responsible for your own tents however we do have 8 foot tables to rent. We DO NOT guarantee any special requests for where you are placed in the market. If you want to be beside a friend I will try to accommodate that however I CANNOT guarantee this. We do try to accommodate everyone's requests however sometimes it is NOT possible.
The Crafter's Hub - Vinyl & More is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.
SET UP time must be done by 10.45am on September 10th and you are able to begin setting up at 9 am. We will NOT be providing spot numbers prior to this time as we have set up we need to complete as well and we want to be there to great you and give you your swag bag.
The Lions Park is located at 4070 Governor's Rd
All COVID protocols that are in place at time of the market will also be in place during the event. ie. Masks, social distancing, number of people allowed within the venue and vaccine passports etc.
Please note: If you choose to speak rudely to The Event Staff, you WILL be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund. If you have a concern please politely speak to us about this. A hello, please and thank you go a very long way!
The Crafter's Hub Vinyl & More will be advertising within a local newspaper as well as on Google Events, Facebook Groups and Ads, Instagram pages and Ads and on Event Brite. We will putting signs through the neighboring communities as well leading up to the event.

Pay your vendor fee. CLICK HERE to go to payment page Payment is to be received within 24 hours of form submission. If it is NOT received I will NOT hold your spot after 24 hours and it will be given away. IF you need additional time to make payment PLEASE CONTACT ME!
****IMPORTANT***** Unless you are an MLM we will most likely be accepting you! So please go straight to payment once the form is completed. This way your spot is secured! We will fill up fast for this event. MLM please submit form and wait for an email from us (The Crafter's Hub) to let you know if there is one from your company at the market already. Once you are accepted as an MLM Vendor though you have 24 HOURS from when the EMAIL is SENT to you to make payment.
Once your FORM AND PAYMENT are received your are then registered! More details and reminders will be emailed to you along with a flyer to share with your customers. Be sure to check your Email, including your spam/junk folder!
