Registration How To:

1. Fill out the form below. 

1. Pay your vendor fee. CLICK HERE to go to payment page. 
2. Your are then registered! More details and reminders will be emailed to you along with a flyer to share with your customers. Be sure to check your Email, including your spam/junk folder! 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ:

Be sure to check your email often as information will be sent to you for advertising and final day prep. If you have NOT received an email from The Crafter's Hub Vinyl & More within one week of your registration please email me.

Be sure to advertise! The more we all advertise the more exposure there is! We can never have too much advertising! 

There are no refunds for spots. You may transfer your spot to someone else if you would like BUT you need to let me know through email @ tonya@thecraftershub.ca

You are to provide your own canopy or tent if it rains. Tents can be no bigger than 10'.

The Crafter's Hub - Vinyl & More is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. 

SET UP time must be done by 10.30am on Sept 11 and you are able to begin setting up at 9 am. 

The Lynden Lions Park is located @ 4070 Governor's Rd, Lynden ON

All COVID protocols that are in place at time of the outdoor market will also be in place during the event. ie. Masks, social distancing etc. 

It may be chilly the day of the event. Dress warm and bring a friend. We will try to have an area where you can go to warm yourselves but you will need to still run your booth. 

There are porta potties on site as well. 

ADVERTISNG INFORMATION

The Crafter's Hub Vinyl & More will be advertising within a local newspaper as well as on Google Events, Facebook Groups and Ads as well as Instagram pages and Ads. We will putting signs through the neighboring communities as well leading up to the event.
